Clubhouse Rental:

The Clubhouse is a medium sized hall with fabulous views over Yowie Bay.
available for function bookings on non-race days (Racing on Sundays from September to April)
Industrial kitchen with an electric oven, grill and hotplates, microwave, hot water urn, pie warmer and 2 fridges.
It is most suited to a stand up cocktail function but there are trestle tables and plastic chairs sufficient to seat about 60 people which you can arrange in any configuration you like for a sit down meal.
BYO catering, drinks, table cloths, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc
Access to the club is down about 40 stairs so all the catering etc will need to be carried down.
There are ceiling fans but no aircon or heating
People using the club house will be responsible for the set-up before the function and clean-up after the function.
A bond will be payable prior to an event (to be refunded following a satisfactory inspection)
