SUPPORT BOAT ROSTER

Hi everyone,

our Support Boat roster is an essential part of the clubs commitment to safety during sailing events.

As the rostered Support Boat person, you will also be responsible for getting the race marks out of the southern shed & co-ordinating the installation & retrieval of the race course marks at the end of the day (ask the Rear Commodore - Russell Sullivan for the course of the day), please ask other members to assist in these tasks or ask Peter Connor to arrange helpers.

When rostered on or asked to be part of the support boat team, please make every effort to attend on the day, if you are unavailable please arrange to swap with someone else for the day,  or ask the co-ordinator to find a replacement, well in advance if possible.

Support Boat Operators must have a valid NSW General Boat Licence, be familiar with our Support Boat Operating Guideline documents and have had a familiarisation tour of the boat.

Support Boat Operational Guidelines and Support Boat Duties documents are available on the "Downloadable Documents" part of the website.

Peter Connor, Scott Roberts, Phil Treloar, James Birdsall, Russell Sullivan, Mick Armstrong or Col Tasker, can provide a familiarisation tour of the boat if your assisting for the day.

If you arrange a support boat roster swap, please inform the starter or Peter Connor ASAP.
