🏛️ Venue Overview

The PHOSC Clubhouse is a medium-sized hall featuring spectacular views over Yowie Bay. It is a versatile space best suited for self catered cocktail-style functions or self catered sit-down meals.

Availability & Booking

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Race Days: Not available on Sundays from September to April.
• Approval: All bookings are subject to PHOSC committee approval.
• Inquiries: Email(details below) your name, contact details, preferred date, time, guest count, age groups, and planned activities.

🍳 Facilities & Amenities

• Kitchen: Industrial-grade with electric oven, grill, hotplates, microwave, hot water urn, pie warmer, and 2 fridges.
• Furniture: Trestle tables and plastic chairs provided (seats approx. 60 people).
• Climate Control: Ceiling fans available (Note: No air conditioning or heating).
• BYO Policy: Hirers must provide their own catering: food, drinks, tablecloths, plates, cups, and glasses. (cutlery is available for use)

⚠️ Important Considerations

• Accessibility: Access involves 40 stairs; all catering and equipment must be carried down.
• Safety: The site has unrestricted access to the water. Hirers are responsible for children and non-swimmers.
• No catering available: You will need to organise your own catering.
• Setup & Cleaning: Hirers are responsible for all setup and the removal of all rubbish. The club must be left in its original condition.
• Supervision: A club member will be present to open, lock up, and inspect the premises.
• Prohibitions: Fishing is strictly prohibited at the club.
