1) INTRODUCTION The 11th annual Heron World Single Handed Championships will be held on Saturday 28th February & Sunday 1st March 2026 at Port Hacking Open Sailing Club. The event will incorporate 5 races over 2 days of competition. Overnight indoor camping is available free of charge at the club on the Saturday Night, and if required for interstate travellers on Friday and Sunday nights. This includes toilet, showers and kitchen facilities (self catered). A BBQ will be held on Saturday evening at the club. We encourage all competitors and their helpers to stay for a while at the club after Saturday racing for this informal gathering. There will be a $25.00 charge to cover cost of food on the night and entry fee. (soft drinks and beverages) can be purchased at the club.

5) ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY Entry is open to everyone, including international visitors. Boats used to sail this event must be recognised as a Heron in accordance with the by-laws of the National Heron Sailing Association of Australia and as amended by the sailing instructions.
This is a fantastic regatta with keen and close racing, we encourage all Heron enthusiasts to attend and support this unique event.
